Perfect low calorie casserole that you can have for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Recipe Ingredients for Ham and Egg Casserole

10 eggs
1/2 cup of diced ham
3 oz fat free shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup red pepper
1/2 cup onion
3/4 cup sliced button mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Ham and Egg Casserole

  1. Wisk eggs together in bowl

  2. Add all other ingredients, leaving a 1 oz (1/4 cup) of cheese for the top.

  3. Bake in a 9X13 in pan at 350 degrees for 30 min.

  4. Add the rest of the cheese to the top 5 min. before its done baking.
