Ham & Cheese Omelette in a flour tortilla

Recipe Ingredients for Ham & Egg Burrito

1 6" flour tortilla
1 egg
1 oz Black Forest Ham
1 oz Shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 green onion
1 tbs Salsa

Recipe Directions for Ham & Egg Burrito

  1. Spray a skillet or griddle with baking spray

  2. Heat griddle to 300f or skillet on medium heat

  3. Chop the green onion and ham and small pieces of red pepper if you wish.

  4. Beat the egg

  5. Saute the vegetables and ham until heated.

  6. Push them to the side of the pan.

  7. Pour the egg on the skillet or griddle

  8. Scoop the vegetables & ham onto the egg and distribute evenly.

  9. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the omelette

  10. Fold the omelette in half and cook until just lightly golden on the bottom. Flip the omelette to finish cooking the other side.

  11. While the omelette is cooking, warm the tortilla in the microwave for just 10 seconds on defrost. Keep in the microwave covered with a paper towel until the omelette is ready.

  12. When the omelette is cooked, remove it from the pan and wrap in the tortilla.

  13. Serve with Salsa and Sour cream (Optional - not in the ingredients)
