Recipe Ingredients for Ham and Corn Scallop

9 oz lean ham, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
10 3/4 oz cream of mushroom soup
15 oz corn kernels
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp parsley flakes
2 oz ritz crackers, crushed

Recipe Directions for Ham and Corn Scallop

  1. Spray an 8x8 baking pan with butter flavored cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, mix ham, onion, bell pepper, and corn to combine.

  3. Add in soup, mustard, and parsley flakes. Stir well to combine.

  4. Fold in ritz crackers until combined thoroughly. Spoon mixture into baking pan.

  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Allow to set for 2 minutes before serving.
