Recipe Ingredients for Ham and Corn Chowder

8 russet potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup milk
15 oz chicken broth
1 1/2 cups corn
2 cups ham, cubed

Recipe Directions for Ham and Corn Chowder

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into 1" cubes.

  2. In a large pan, add milk, broth potatoes and onion.

  3. Cook over medium-high heat until potatoes and onions are tender.

  4. Add ham and corn and simmer for 10 minutes, or until heated through.
