Recipe Ingredients for Ham with cider and mashed potatoes

32 oz Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
1 tbsp Olive Oil
24 oz Ham, Sliced, Regular
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
12 oz Cider
2 tbsp Country Crock Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil
1 tsp Allspice, Ground
6 tsp packed Sugars, Brown
2 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Ham with cider and mashed potatoes

  1. Cut potatoes and place in pot of water. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender.

  2. In a skillet add oil and ham. Season ham with salt and pepper. Cook for 7min.

  3. Remove ham from skillet and add the cider. Cook cider until it redices. Drain the cooked potatoes but keep about 1/4c of teh cooking water. Put the potatoes, cooking water, butter, allspice, brown sugar, and parmesan into a bowl. Mix/mash potatoes. Pour cider over the ham and serve with potatoes on the side.
