Recipe Ingredients for Ham & Cheese Scramble

4 large Egg, Whole
1 1tsp Olive Oil
4 oz Shredded Hash Browns
2 oz Branded Deluxe Ham - 42% Lower Sodium
1 oz Cheese
1 oz Fancy Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Ham & Cheese Scramble

  1. Thinly slice scallions and slice ham and gouda into small pieces. Set aside. Scramble eggs and set aside

  2. Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add shredded pototos and season to taste. Add ham and green onions and toss to combine. Cook until potatos are lightly browned then push to one side of pan. Pour eggs into other side and cook, stirring until they begin to set. Stir into potato mixture and spread out evenly in pan. Combine cheeses and sprinkle over top. Serve when cheese is melted
