A soft fluffy quiche for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Recipe Ingredients for Ham and Cheese Quiche

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup butter
1 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar
3 tablespoons 1% milk
6 eggs
6 teaspoons 1% milk
1 1/4 cups cooked ham
4 oz. mozzarella cheese
2 oz. colby jack cheese
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Ham and Cheese Quiche

  1. Mix flour and salt in a small bowl. Cut in cold butter until mixture is crumbly.

  2. Sprinkle vinegar over mixture. Add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time until dough just comes together.

  3. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a half an hour.

  4. In the mean time, mix eggs 6 teaspoons of milk. Stir in salt and pepper.

  5. Cut up ham and mozzarella cheese in cubes.

  6. Shred colby jack cheese (if not already shredded)

  7. Remove dough from plastic wrap and roll out on floured surface until big enough to fit in a 9 inch pie plate. Fold any over hanging edges in. Crimp the edges with the tip of a fork.

  8. Spread ham and mozzarella in an even layer on the bottom.

  9. Pour egg mixture over ham and cheese.

  10. Sprinkle colby jack cheese over the top.

  11. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
