Recipe Ingredients for Ham and Cheese Quiche

1 pie crust, deep dish
1 cup ham, chopped
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk, evaporated
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Ham and Cheese Quiche

  1. Bake crust at 400 degrees for 8 minutes

  2. Mix together ham, cheese and onion that has been sauteed. Spoon all into cooked pie crust.

  3. Whisk together eggs, evaporated milk, and mayonnaise.

  4. Place on cooke sheet after sprinkling with 1/2 cup parmeson cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes until golden and knife in center comes out clean.
