Recipe Ingredients for Ham and Cheese Quiche

4 Eggs
1 pint fat-free half and half
1 pie crust
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
3/4 cup diced ham
1 3/4 cup chedder cheese

Recipe Directions for Ham and Cheese Quiche

  1. Mix lightly beaten eggs, half and half, salt, pepper, and onion powder in a bowl.

  2. Spread the crust in the pie dish and sprinkle cheese on the bottom and spread the ham. Then pour in the egg mixture and sprinkle more cheese on top.

  3. Bake for 10 min at 420. Then lower heat to 350 for 20 more minutes.

  4. Let set for a few minutes and enjoy!
