MMM good!! Skip the toast and you have yourself a 300 cal saturday morning treat. Use light cheddar too reduce a few more cal's. And you can use all egg whites to reduce more calories, I just use a couple of regular eggs for a better taste, and to please the people who aren't on a low cal diet in the house.

Recipe Ingredients for Ham and Cheese Omlet

5 large egg whites
2 large eggs
60 g cheddar cheese
2 tbsp onions
3 slices cooked ham, sliced

Recipe Directions for Ham and Cheese Omlet

  1. Heat a pan with cooking spray (ON MEDIUM LOW HEAT)

  2. Whisk together egg whites and whole eggs.

  3. Pour egg mixture into pan not stirring, and flip when bottom starts to brown.

  4. Sprinkle in this order: cheese, ham, onion, cheese, on half of the omlet, then fold the other half over.

  5. After about 1-2 minutes flip the omlet over, wait another 1-2 minutes, remove from pan and serve.
