2 eggs, 1/4 c diced ham, 1/4 c chopped canned mushrooms, 2 tbsp. chopped purple onions, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1/4 c chopped tomotoes

Recipe Ingredients for Ham & Cheese Omelette

0.25 cup, diced Ham, Sliced, Regular
2 serving Egg, Whole
0.25 cup pieces Mushrooms
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese
0.25 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Ham & Cheese Omelette

In 1 tbsp oil, saute onions, mushrooms & ham till onions are soft. Crack and stir together 2 eggs in a bowl then add to the sauteed mixture. Gently turn in skillet to cook both sides and add cheddar cheese. Fold onto a plate and top with diced tomatoes.
