Recipe Ingredients for Ham and Cheese Omelette

1 egg
1 ounce cheddar cheese shredded
1 ounce honey ham
1/4 tablespoon butter
1/8 cup organic milk
1 dash salt

Recipe Directions for Ham and Cheese Omelette

  1. beat egg and add milk until well blended

  2. Heat a skillet over medium high heat and add the butter. Cover the skillet with the melted butter well.

  3. Add the egg making sure to completely cover the skillet with it. Allow it cook for about 1 to 2 minutes, until it no longer looks runny on top.

  4. Cover half of the circle with ham and cheese, then fold the empty half of the circle on top of it.

  5. Allow the cheese to melt (30 seconds)

  6. Then turn onto the other side and cook for 30 seconds more. Remove from heat.
