1 tbsp. Salted Butter
1 oz. Diced Swiss Cheese
1 oz. Ham Steak
1 dash Cream
1 tbsp. Chives
1 dash Salt
1 dash Ground Black Pepper
2 large Eggs

Recipe Directions for Ham and Cheese Mini Frittata (curves protein 2)

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. Brush a muffin tin liberally with melted butter.

  3. Scatter cheese and finely chopped ham evenly among the cups.

  4. Add milk, chives, salt, pepper, and hot sauce to well beaten eggs.

  5. Fill cups to just below the rim with egg mixture.

  6. Bake until frittatas are golden and puffy, 10 to 12 minutes.

  7. Remove with a small spatula and serve.
