Recipe Ingredients for Ham and cheese breakfast muffins

1 1/2 cup unbleached flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 cup ham, chopped
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 eggs
1/4 tablespoon peanut oil
1 cup milk, 2% lowfat

Recipe Directions for Ham and cheese breakfast muffins

  1. Stir together dry ingredients in large bowl.

  2. Stir in ham and cheese.

  3. Beat together eggs and oil.

  4. Add to dry ingredients.

  5. Mix in milk.

  6. Mix together until just blended.

  7. Fill lined muffin cups line with batter.

  8. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
