4 potatoes
3 tablespoons low calorie margarine
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup skim milk
6 ounces 2 % cheddar cheese, grated
8 ounces turkey ham, chopped

Recipe Directions for Ham and Cheddar Scalloped Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a large pot boil potatoes until soft, about 15 minutes. Cool, then peel and slice; transfer to a baking pan.

  3. In a skillet, combine melted butter and flour. Stir in milk and cook until thickened. Stir in grated cheddar cheese and chopped ham. Pour over the potatoes then bake for 1-1/2 hours.
