Recipe Ingredients for Ham Calzones

1 cup ricotta cheese, part skim
4 oz. mozzarella, shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
4 oz. ham, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 package Pillsbury All Ready Pizza Crust
1 cup Ragu Traditional Sauce

Recipe Directions for Ham Calzones

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Mix first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended

  3. roll out pizza dough, cut into 4 equal pieces

  4. place 1/4 of filling mixure onto 1/2 of each rectangle - aviod edges

  5. fold dough over the top of the filling, seal around edges by pressing firmly with your fingers or using a fork

  6. place on baking sheet

  7. using the tip of a very sharp knife, cut 2 - 1 inch slits in the top of each calzone

  8. bake 15-20 minutes in a 425 degree oven

  9. Serve with 1/4 cup sauce for dipping
