Delicious egg casserole for any occasion.

Recipe Ingredients for Ham and Broccoli Strata

12 slices whole wheat bread
1 pound shredded low fat cheddar cheese
4 cups fresh broccoli
2 cups chopped ham
3 cups skim milk
12 oz. egg substitute
1 1/4 tsp dry mustard
2 tbs. finely chopped onion

Recipe Directions for Ham and Broccoli Strata

Grease the bottom of a 9 x 12" pan. Layer 6 slices of bread on the bottom of the pan. Layer with cheese, broccoli and ham. Layer 6 slices of remaining bread. Combine the rest of the ingredients together and pour evenly over mixture in the pan. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Uncover refrigerated pan and bake 60-75 minutes until set and golden brown. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
