Recipe Ingredients for Ham and Broccoli Frittata

255 grams shredded potatoes
4 oz. reduced fat swiss cheese
8 oz. ham
125 grams broccoli
2 oz. onion
8 eggs
1 cup 2% milk

Recipe Directions for Ham and Broccoli Frittata

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Dice ham, broccoli and onion. Heat a non-stick skillet coated with Pam at med-hi. add shredded potatoes and onion brown on one side, then flip and brown other side. Mix milk and egg to make batter. add broccoli and ham to skillet , top with cheese. Pour egg batter over the top, should be well distributed. Place in oven for about 10 minutes or until brown and egg is cooked.
