Recipe Ingredients for Ham and Broccoli Bake # 264264

2 cups ham, cooked and diced
1 lb broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup onion, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
3 cups low-fat milk
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup Bisquick baking mix

Recipe Directions for Ham and Broccoli Bake # 264264

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease/spray a 13 x 9 baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, toss together the ham, broccoli, onions, red pepper, cheeses and dry mustard powder. Mix very well and pour into the prepared baking dish.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and Bisquick. Pour over the top of the other ingredients and bake.
