Recipe Ingredients for Ham & Black Beans w/ Quinoa Skillet

1 1/4 cups quinoa
1 1/2 cups ham
1 fruit+2"+dia lime
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cups cauliflower
1 cup corn
2 cups black beans
1 cup cilantro, chopped

Recipe Directions for Ham & Black Beans w/ Quinoa Skillet

  1. Bring quinoa, 2 cups water, lime juice, and ham to a boil and cook until the quinoa tails pop. Season with cumin, garlic, and cayenne pepper while cooking.

  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large frying pan and saute onion, cauliflower, and corn until done. Season with garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and cumin. Stir in quinoa mixture, black beans, and cilantro.
