Modified version of Ham and Asparagus Frittata

Recipe Ingredients for Ham and Bell Pepper Frittata

2/3 cups ham
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 large egg whites
2 large eggs
2/3 cups bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Ham and Bell Pepper Frittata

  1. Preheat broiler

  2. combine all ingredients except bell pepper and Italian Seasoning.

  3. Heat 9-inch skillet. Add bell peppers and cook 3 min

  4. Add egg mixture and cook, covered 3 min.

  5. Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning and broil 3 min.
