4 oz Spiral Sliced Ham
8 oz Asparagus
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cup diced Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
0.5 cup, sliced Onions
4 oz Colby
0.5 cup Croutons, Seasoned

Recipe Directions for Ham and asparagus skillet meal

  1. heat oil in a ovenproof skillet. cook potatos and onion (cut into wedges) for 10 min. until golden brown.

  2. stir in 1/2 lb asparagus and 1/4 lb ham (cut into bite sized pieces) and 1/2 tbsp herbs de provence and 1/4 tsp salt. add 2 tbsp water, cover and drop temp to med-low and cook until potatos are tender (about 8 minutes).

  3. preheat broiler, put cheese and croutons (crushed slightly) on top and broil until bubbly and toasted, 2-3 minutes.
