Recipe Ingredients for Ham and Asparagus Frittata

8 large eggs
1/3 c. 2% milk
1 c. frozen spinach
14 slices center cut bacon
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley

Recipe Directions for Ham and Asparagus Frittata

Saute cooked asparagus and Canadian bacon in butter for 2-3 minutes over medium high heat. Add beaten eggs, milk, salt, pepper and parsley. Let cook for 4-5 minutes until it is set on bottom. Add cheese. Broil in oven until set.
