5 oz pasta, 1 bag of kraut, 4 tbsp of smart light, 4 oz fresh mushrooms, pepper to taste, add water

5 oz Rotini
60 tbsp Krrrrisp Kraut Sauerkraut
4 oz Food You Feel Good About Mushrooms
4 tbsp Heart Right Buttery Spread
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Hallushski

  1. 1) boil pasta until done

  2. 2) rinse kraut completely

  3. 3) put smart light and sliced mushrooms in fry pan

  4. add kraut, then cooked pasta, add pepper and water - let cook on stove top or leave in oven on keep warm for 30 minutes or so... you may want to add a no calorie sweetner depends on your taste...
