9 oz halibut
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/8 cup fiber one
2 tablespoons lemon

Recipe Directions for Halibut a la king

  1. grind fiber one to use as breading, season the breading as desired

  2. pat dry halibut and coat filets with fiber one

  3. mix yogurt, mayonnaise and lemon juice (and thinly sliced onions if desired)

  4. in a baking dish, put a layer of sauce--about 3/4 of sauce

  5. place filets on top of sauce, put the remaining sauce around filets
