Recipe Ingredients for Half Whole Half White Omlette

1 serving Honey Ham
2 large Egg, White
1 large(50 g) Egg, Whole
0.25 cup Spinach
0.25 cup pieces Mushrooms
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1/4 cup Natural Chunk Cheese - 2% Reduced Fat - Sharp Cheddar
1 sec spray Cooking Spray

Recipe Directions for Half Whole Half White Omlette

Dice onion, slce mushroom, seperate spinach and slice ham into one inch squares. Spray skillet and saute onions mushrooms and ham 5 minutes adding spinach @ minute 3. Meanwhile seperate 2 eggwhites and discard yolk, combine with 1 whole egg, salt and pepper then beat until well mixed. Remove filling from skillet (I like to use the plate I will later serve omlette on) and pour in egg mixture. Allow to cook untill slightly firm then flip, add filling and cheese then fold in half and plate.
