2 tsp yeast
1 1/3 cups nonfat milk
2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups wheat, milled
2 cups wheat flour, white

Recipe Directions for half whole wheat half white bread

  1. combine oil, milk, sugar, and yeast let sit for 5 minutes

  2. add salt and flour.

  3. either knead and let rise for 4 hours or toss in bread machine.

  4. makes 2 lbs.
