Makes 2 servings of three small pancakeas each, using half-and-half mixture of Bisquick Heart Smart and Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Insta-Bake.

1/2 cup Bisquick Heart Smart
1/2 cup Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Instabake
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup skim (1%) milk
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp sugar

  1. Mix dry ingredients, add beaten egg, milk and oil.

  2. Pour by 1/4 cup onto medium griddle, turn when set.
