Easy homemade bread Makes 3 loaves 16 slices in a loaf

Recipe Ingredients for Half Wheat Bread

3 cups water
1/2 cup oil
1 tablespoon Salt
4 cups whole wheat flour
4 cups all purpose flour
3 tablespoons Yeast
1/2 cup sugar

Recipe Directions for Half Wheat Bread

  1. Mix yeast, warm water and sugar together and let rest for 3-5 minutes

  2. Add 4 cups flour and stir well

  3. Add oil and Salt and stir

  4. Add remaining flour one cup at a time, stirring after each cup.

  5. Knead on floured surface for 10-15 min,

  6. Bake at 325 for 30 min
