Recipe Ingredients for Half Red Pepper

1 red pepper
1/2 cup lentils
2 tsp garlic
1/4 cup white rice
1 tsp olive oil
2 oz cheddar

Recipe Directions for Half Red Pepper

  1. Boil rice

  2. Boil lentils after a while in rice

  3. Add Adobo if you feel like it

  4. Or not

  5. Chop garlic

  6. Chop cheese

  7. Mix the boiled rice and lentils with the chopped garlic and cheese

  8. Cut a red pepper in half, take out seeds

  9. Put mix into the halves of the pepper

  10. Steam for 10 minutes under cover (don't cover the peppers with water, only let them get their "feet" wet.
