Recipe Ingredients for Half the Guilt Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 pound Smart Balance
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 cup oatmeal
4 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Half the Guilt Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. combine first 4 ingredients until smooth. Blend in eggs, then salt and soda. Gradually add the remaining dry ingredients, saving the chocolate chips for last.

  2. Bake for 10 minutes with an oven at 350-375 degrees. Cookies are best if not overcooked.
