Recipe Ingredients for half breakfast cookies

3/4 c oats, toasted
6 tbl whole wheat flour
2 tbl flax, ground
2 tbl sunflower seeds, toasted
2 tbl walnuts, toasted
1/4 c coconut
1/4 c fiber one cereal, ground
1/4 c pumpkin
1 egg
2 dates, chopped
2 tbl rasins
2 tbl brown sugar
2 tsp skim milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for half breakfast cookies

  1. toast sunflower seeds, walnuts, oats, and coconut. set aside to cool.

  2. mix pumpkin, egg, sugar milk

  3. mix separately dry ingredients

  4. mix all together

  5. separate into 5 cookies and bake at 275 degrees 12- 14 minutes
