Recipe Ingredients for Haley's Caesar Salad

2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp onion
1 tsp parsley, chopped
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp vinegar
1 egg yolk
3/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
6 Anchovies
1 Salt and Pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 romaine lettuce head

Recipe Directions for Haley's Caesar Salad

  1. Mix together garlic, shallot, parsley and mustard. Add salt and pepper.

  2. Mix in vinegar and egg yolk.

  3. Pour oil in a steady stream while whisking. Add lemon juice to taste.

  4. Stir in anchovies.

  5. Add salt and pepper.

  6. Toss with romaine hearts and sprinkle a generous handful of parmesan cheese. You?re done!
