Recipe Ingredients for Haggerty's Homemade Shredded Beef Burritos

2 tortilla Burrito 10" 98% Fat Free Flour tortilla 8ct
4 pound boneless beef chuck roast
28 ounce tomato sauce
28 ounces water
1 medium yellow onion, minced
2 fresh jalapeno peppers, with seeds,minced
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Haggerty's Homemade Shredded Beef Burritos

Place beef in crock pot. Add garlic powder, jalapeno peppers, onion, onion flakes, pepper, salt, tomato sauce, vinegar and water. If beef is not completely submerged in the picante sauce, add water until beef is completely covered. Cover and cook on low for approximately 10 hours, or 5 to 6 hours on high. Beef will easily fall apart with little effort. With a slotted spoon or a fork place a small amount of shredded beef in the center of each warmed tortilla. Serve with your favorite garnishes.
