Puy lentils topped slow cooked with haddock.

Recipe Ingredients for Haddock with spicy lentils

750 grams Haddock
175 grams Lentils
1 serving knorr stockpot vegetable
3 large Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 serving Red Raw Chillies
1 fl oz Lemon Juice
25 grams Butter
3/5 ml one cal spray

Recipe Directions for Haddock with spicy lentils

  1. Soften onion, celery and chilli. Add cummin.

  2. mix with lentils and stock. Slow cook 2 1/2 hours lid on.

  3. Soak fish in lemon juice. Place on top of lentils.

  4. Mix butter with lemon rind and pepper. Put a knob on each piece of fish.

  5. Cook for a further 45 minutes - 1 hour lid on until the fish is flakey,
