3 oz servings. Serve on pita w/ shredded lettuce, tomato and cucumber sauce (separate recipe)

Recipe Ingredients for Gyro Style Chicken Thighs

5 lbs chicken, thigh, boneless, skinless
1 onion, medium
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Gyro Style Chicken Thighs

  1. Cut chicken thighs in 3rds or halves, approx 1/2 inch strips

  2. Place all other ingredients in food processor, process until smooth

  3. pour over chicken and marinate 4 hours or overnight if desired

  4. Grill over medium high heat. A slight charring brings out a great flavor
