Recipe Ingredients for Gypsy Pasta Sauce

8 oz Artichoke Hearts
8 oz Pearls Ripe Olives
1 small Onions
4 tsp Minced Garlic
1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 cup pieces Mushrooms
2 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
8 oz Organic Crushed Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Gypsy Pasta Sauce

  1. Saute onion in olive oil until limp. Add tomatoes, artichoke hearts, mushrooms and herbs and cook down until tomatoes soften.. Stir then add olives . Simmer for 10 min.

  2. As you cook layer your seasoning I seaons my onion. And I season after adding each set of ingrdients. At the end I add salt to taste.
