Recipe Ingredients for Gwen's Simple Layered Chicken Green Chile Casserole

2 lbs chicken
12 oz green chiles
1/2 lb cheese
6 cups spinach
6 cups squash
12 corn tortillas

Recipe Directions for Gwen's Simple Layered Chicken Green Chile Casserole

  1. Chop or grate the squash into small segments

  2. Chop the spinach into bits

  3. Grate the cheese

  4. Chop chicken into one inch pieces

  5. Begin with layer of green chiles then put down one of the ingredients, top with torn up tortillas, and repeat

  6. until your container is full.

  7. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

  8. Or microwave for 12 minutes
