Recipe Ingredients for Guy's Healthy French Onion Dip

1 serving Hellmann's with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
0.5 cup FAGE Total 0%
1 tbsp chopped Onions
2 tbsp chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1.5 clove Garlic
0.5 1tsp Olive Oil
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.1 medium Green Bell Pepper

Recipe Directions for Guy's Healthy French Onion Dip

  1. Very finely dice all vegetables.

  2. Add onions, bell pepper, and olive oil to pan and simmer very slowly to allow to caramelize. When onions are slightly browned add diced garlic. Allow to simmer for a couple of minutes on very low heat.

  3. In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix together.

  4. Refrigerate and serve chilled for best taste. Dip away.
