Makes 15 servings



Guacamole first attempt. Not too bad. Could use some adjusting. Makes about 15 2oz. servings. (next time I will lighten up on the onion and increase the garlic to 3 cloves.)

Recipe Ingredients for Guy's Guacamole

3 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
1 serving Ground Cumin Spice
4 oz Tomatoes, Yellow
5 3/10 oz Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.67 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
2/5 oz Habanero Chile
3.88 oz Onion Red

Recipe Directions for Guy's Guacamole

Finely dice all veggies. Mix all ingredients in a bowl making sure to mash the avocados. Enjoy.
