Recipe Ingredients for Gunther's leek soup with carrots and wild salmon (1 serving)

1/2 stick leek
1 serving Rapunzel Vegetable Bouillion (1/2 cube = 1 cup water)
1/4 sliced carrots
1 serving Walmart Wild Salmon Fillets (4 oz raw)

Recipe Directions for Gunther's leek soup with carrots and wild salmon (1 serving)

  1. Cut leek into 1/4" slices

  2. Cut carrots in 1/8" slices

  3. Add to 1 cup of water boullion cube and vegetables

  4. Bring to boil and simmer for about 5 min

  5. Cut salmon into 1/2" cubes

  6. Add salman and cook for another 5 min or until salmon and vegetables have reached desired consistency

  7. Serve with a 2 oz slice of whole grain baguette or add 1/2 already cooked brown basmati rice
