Recipe Ingredients for Gumbo Grains

1/2 cup minute rice brown
1/4 cup quinoa
3 pods okra
1/3 medium onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper, black
1/2 cup tomato chopped
1 banana pepper
1 tsp hot sauce
1 1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Gumbo Grains

  1. Chop all veggies.

  2. Combine all, boil for 15-20 min.

  3. Serve.
