2 plum tomatoes
1/4 cup celery, diced
1/4 onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 tbs white flour
1/2 tbs canola oil
1/2 cup broth
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp marjoram

Recipe Directions for gumbo 1

  1. make roux

  2. when turns nut brown, add chopped aromatics

  3. add rest of ingredients

  4. simmer about a half hour
