Recipe Ingredients for Gujerati Broccoli

6 cups broccoli, chopped
1 tbsp canola oil
1 1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp black mustard seeds
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Gujerati Broccoli

  1. Heat oil and add black mustard seeds.

  2. When seeds pop, add garlic and saute until lightly browned.

  3. Add beans and spices. Stir and saute about 5 minutes or until beans are cooked through.
