Delicious St. Patricks Day dessert!!

Recipe Ingredients for Guinness Brownies

8 oz Dark 60% Cacao Chocolate
4 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
6 tblsp unsalted butter
3/4 c flour
3/4 c cocoa powder
1 1/4 c guinness stout
4 oz Ghirardelli White Chocolate

Recipe Directions for Guinness Brownies

  1. Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 375 degrees.

  2. Butter 8in square baking pan.

  3. In a mixer, combine eggs and sugar, beat until light and fluffy.

  4. Melt together bittersweet and white chocolate with butter.

  5. Remove from heat, and beat in egg mixture tempering first.

  6. Sift together flower and cocoa powder and beat into chocolate mixture. Whisk in guinness stout until smooth and creamy.

  7. Scrape batter into prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until tootpick comes out almost clean.

  8. Remove from oven and let cool on wire rack.
