Recipe Ingredients for Guinea Grinders - Reggie

1 pound Italian sausage
1 pound ground pork
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon basil
1 red pepper
28 ounces pizza sauce
2 cups mozzarella, shredded

Recipe Directions for Guinea Grinders - Reggie

  1. Cook everything except pizza sauce and drain.

  2. Return to pan, add pizza sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.

  3. Spoon meat mixure into split hogie buns.

  4. Add grated mozzarella cheese.

  5. Wrap each sandwich in fol and heat in oven for aabout 5 minutes, for cheese to melt.
