Recipe Ingredients for Guiltless Guacamole

1 plum tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup Peas, Green
86 1/2 grams Avocados
0.5 cup(139 g) Peppers, Chili, Green, Canned
1 lime yields Lime Juice
1 serving(30 g) No Fat Sour Cream
1 clove Garlic
40 grams Red Onion

Recipe Directions for Guiltless Guacamole

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine the peas, avocado, chili peppers, lime juice, sour cream and garlic. Process until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl.

  2. Stir in the tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. Season to taste with the salt and black pepper. Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
