Recipe Ingredients for Guiltless Candied Sweet Potatoes

6 potatoes, sweet
8 oz pineapple, canned, crushed
1 tbsp Splenda
1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground

Recipe Directions for Guiltless Candied Sweet Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 425-degrees

  2. Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray

  3. Peel potatoes and cut into 1-inch cubes

  4. Combine pineapple, Splenda, and cinnamon

  5. Add to potatoes and toss until well mixed

  6. Place potatoe mixture in the casserole dish

  7. Place in hot oven

  8. Stir after 30 minutes

  9. Bake about 45 minutes (until potato mixture is bubbly and potatoes are tender)
