Recipe Ingredients for Guilt Free Oatmeal Cookies

1 cup flour
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 egg whites
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup apple sauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Guilt Free Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Stir in egg product, molasses, apple sauce, and vanilla until well mixed.

  2. Add raisins. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto prepared cookie sheets.

  3. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes, or until firm. (Do not overbake.) Remove; cool on wire rack.
