Recipe Ingredients for Guilt Free Muffins

1 egg, beaten
1 apple, grated
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup Splenda
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Recipe Directions for Guilt Free Muffins

  1. Mix wet ingredients together in medium bowl.

  2. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Stir in wet ingredients just until moistened. Bake in muffin pans at 375 for 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
